  • We do not require an appointment deposit. Deposit is required for the purchase of hair for extension installation prior to appointment.

  • We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Late after (48 hours) cancellations typically incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, while complete "no-shows" are charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • We go above and beyond with a personalized consultations and make sure you are understanding the goals and what is realistic for your treatment so you are satisfied when leaving your appointment. All services are non refundable.

  • Children are allowed in the space, however we do ask for respect in the space and understanding that others are there for appointments to relax and we like to maintain a happy atmosphere so if you feel like this will not align with your child at the time of your appointment we kindly ask that you will reschedule.
